What is Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot Program?
Being deemed inadmissible to The Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) is a unique initiative created by the Government of Canada that facilitates the immigration of skilled refugees and displaced persons to Canada through existing economic immigration pathways. This pathway acknowledges the talent and resilience of refugees and solves labour market shortages in Canada.
